the code probably can't be generally published --
we simply don't know, nor does anyone know who might know --
but here are the parts that aren't in the os/sa1100 code that's on our CD,
which you can attempt to use to work out how the hardware works.
we didn't write it and it isn't always a good example of Inferno interface code.
i didn't include it on the CD mainly because it didn't seem to be particularly
useful, and I wasn't sure whether anyone owned it (eg, the inheritor of Philips PCC's assets!).

i know certainly that we can't distribute the soft modem code
which was licensed from Altocom.
